Card Management Tools

Our card management tools give you complete control over your spending and security. Access your personalized dashboard to view transactions, set spending limits, and quickly lock or unlock your card. With real-time alerts and customizable settings, you can monitor your account activity and protect your finances anytime, anywhere.

How to Access:

For our mobile app: Select the Card Management link located on your credit card account or select the "More" section at the bottom right, and select "Card Management"
For OnlineAccess: Select the Card Management link located on your credit card account tile or select “Additional Services” and select “Card Management”

Manage Your Card with Powerful Self-Service Tools

Alerts & Controls*

Provides member the ability to control spending based on amount, merchant, location, etc.

Rewards**

Review or Redeem your earned Rewards balance(s) on your Visa Signature, Platinum Points, or CITY SC Visa credit card.

Balance transfer

Allows you to move an unpaid balance from another credit card issuer to your Together Credit Union Credit Card.

Set Travel Notice

To note your card with travel details when planning for purchases outside of your normal spending area. This reduces denied purchases that can occur due to suspicious activity.

Duplicate Card

Requests a new replacement debit or credit card with the same card# to be shipped via postal mail.

Report Lost/Stolen

To add a block and prevent fraudulent activity on a credit or debit card that has been lost or compromised.

Close Card

Allows member to permanently close debit or credit card with no new replacement. Card is not lost or stolen.

Card Statements

View or Download past statements showing credit card activity.

Notifications

Update how you wish to be notified of preferred card activity and alerts. (via text or email)

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if fraud has taken place on my lost or stolen card?

Report your card as lost or stolen in the Card Management feature in Online or Mobile Access and then please contact us immediately to file a claim at 1-866-642-6105 for debit cards, or 1-866-605-5384 for credit cards.

What should I do if my card is damaged?

You may request a duplicate to replace a card that is damaged. The card number stays the same, but the Expiration Date and CVV will change on the new card

How long are my credit card statements available?

From the date of enrollment for e-statements, the system will retain monthly statements for 24 months.
