What do I need to open my business account

To open your business account you will need to provide the following items:

  • Business owner's social security number
  • Personal information for all signers including
  • Personal information for all signers, including:
    • Copy of driver’s license and business titles
    • Business tax ID and SIC code
    • Date the business was established
    • Current business address
Are there any additional documents required based on my type of business?

Additional documentation may be required depending on your business type including: 

  • Sole Proprietorship – certification of assumed name
  • Partnership – partnership agreement and registration of fictitious name
  • Corporation – articles of incorporation, evidence of corporate existence or good standing and annual registration report
  • Limited Liability Company – articles of organization, operating agreements and certificate of existence or good standing
  • Unincorporated Association or Organization – certification signed by secretary authorizing signatory and copy of by-laws

1- Business Checking has no service monthly fee and no average monthly balance required. $0.30 per item fee after a 150 combined item allowance (deposits including ATM deposits), deposited items, paid items (checks/ACH Debits and ACH Credits) Bill Pay Payments. 

2- Business Checking Plus has $10 monthly service fee waived with average monthly balance of $1,000 and a $0.30 per item allowance (deposits including ATM deposits), deposited items, paid items (checks/ACH Debits and ACH Credits) Bill Pay Payments. 

3- Non-Profit/Club Checking Plus has no service monthly fee and no average monthly balance required. $0.30 per item fee after a 300 combined item allowance (deposits including ATM deposits), deposited items, paid items (checks/ACH Debits and ACH Credits) Bill Pay Payments.
